This was the worst day since I have been coming to this facility. I know the can be busy but they must employ more people friendly receptionist. The one who was working today June 27,2022, the worst person to work the front desk or meet the public. Sulky, sullen attitude who didn’t want to reassure you of how long the wait would be.
The providers know their stuff when it comes to women's health issues got to say that but the bedside manner is not good today I was in a good mood until my appointment where I was made to feel like a judged ,messed up hopeless case and fyi I could hear you all this am even though the door was closed and very inappropriate conversation by you and your staff you all don't know me or my story, life is hard enough without folks trying to make you feel less than or uncomfortable when you came to them for help just wow however th... read more
