I am the maintenance plumber for Pittsylvania County Public Schools. We had the kitchen water heater at one of our elementary schools suffer a tank failure late in the afternoon, which is a big problem for us because obviously we really need hot water to keep our kitchens operational. I called Albert about 2:00pm on a Thursday and he had me a new 80 gallon 199000 btu propane water heater at the school by 8:30 the next morning.
