It’s a rude receptionist with Blonde highlights and short hair who is really rude and didn’t want to help me with my issue and then cancelled my appointment because “I left” because she told me I had to call people and then when I came back she had a stank look on her face and I was bawling my eyes out and finally two other women finally helped me and I appreciate them so if you go please ask for another receptionist! There service is very good and the doctors do good work. The reason why I gave them a 3 star is because they don't have a web site. I need to use the portal to communicate with the doctors to adjust my medicine. Telephone calls don't work too well.
I seen aieysha Powell shes the nurse practioner here and she is wonderful very nice listens to you explains things to where you can understand highly recommend her very great doctor professional and experienced I also saw the other doctor here as well he is very good kind also very great place highly recommend great staff as well 🙂
Last week transportation was late and they refused to take my mother. Has to reschedule. I had already faxed them all of her required information. When we arrived today, they tell me the pictures were dark. Because of spring break, I was able to come with her. Any other time, I would have been at work and the caretaker would have brought her. Couldn’t find my phone before leaving home. Has insurance cards stored on my phone. Drove home the 5 minutes to retrieve phone. Returned and presented one card and because one insurance... read more
Bedside manner is lacking a lot it just is hopefully will not have to deal with them too much moving forward the doctor a little more pleasant than his staff and he does his job quickly and efficiently.
