coming from working there, the dr is absolutely horrible person. working there and witnessing the impatient assistants/ doctors were is ridiculous. Dr just wants your money doesn’t care how you feel or if you need refills on medications. Patients would have to wait a multiple weeks up to months of time to get scans, testings, refills medications done. Wouldn’t even let my own grandmother or any family to go there rather take the drive to Roanoke where they show more compassion.

My nurse practitioner mrs Powell was nothing short of amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Wish i found her sooner.
It’s a rude receptionist with Blonde highlights and short hair who is really rude and didn’t want to help me with my issue and then cancelled my appointment because “I left” because she told me I had to call people and then when I came back she had a stank look on her face and I was bawling my eyes out and finally two other women finally helped me and I appreciate them so if you go please ask for another receptionist! There service is very good and the doctors do good work. The reason why I gave them a 3 star is because they don't have a web site. I need to use the portal to communicate with the doctors to adjust my medicine. Telephone calls don't work too well.
