They're the worst and very intimidating! I bought my ford escape from them. Everything was fine for like a month then antifreeze started leaking, my gauge needed to be replaced etc. I could have paid this piece of trash off in the repairs I've had to have done. PLEASE GET A PREPURCHASE INSPECTION. This was the first car I've ever bought and they definitely took advantage of me.
Just terrible. If you buy a car from there, don't come here to complain like I am. I didn't have any reviews to go off of except obvious employee reviews. I'm leaving this review as a warning to other consumers. Check with the BBB, bad bad bad
Terrible lemon dealer lies about problems and resets check engine lights! The car we got here was un safe to drive and started spraying fluid.
