Giving 2 stars because Kristy was awesome, super compassionate and nice to me. I would say be ready to deal with the rudeness and attitude of Sheila. She took my name down wrong and try to place the blame on me. Granted I did forget some paperwork and did not bring my baby because I was not aware I needed to bring her. I have had so many issues with the wic office. My daughter was on wic then they made me a phone call appointment to renew it they scheduled the call for 7am they don’t open until 8am I waited for 2 hours for them to call and once I was away from my phone for 2 minutes they call and when I try to call back the second the phone stopped ringing I couldn’t get ahold of anyone!!! Anytime you call about wic you will never get an answer and if you do they go through everything then say someone else will call you to finish and you w... read more
