Giving 3 stars only because of Kristie and the other lady who loads the wic onto the cards. But from all these reviews I am not understanding why Shelia is still employed with the Wic program being that it seems she is rude with everyone she comes in contact with. they are terrible . they are rude . not on time . i been sitting here for over an hour still haven’t been to the back . unprofessional as hell. it’s terrible service. if you have an appointment for 10:30am you will be seen after 12:30 pm . they have pissed me off for the rest of my day . don’t come here for nothing . 👎🏻😂
the rudeness from Sheila is ridiculous told me what i needed get up there that wasnt good enough told when approved by snap too that then I should get approved well she called today and that was incorrect information that she gave me now need a letter and proof of medicade that takes up to 45 business days! I have never met somone so rude and hateful when it comes to WIC! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
I have never wanted to post a review onto this website. However, I am still fired up about my visit today. Sheila is very rude. She has made me feel completely embarrassed and I really don’t think she should be working as a receptionist. Usually, I don’t like to complain about anyone but I am so sick of the attitude every single time we have a visit there. Today was my last straw!
