You’d be better off seeing Dr Dre, Dr J, Dr Phil, Doctor Quinn Medicine woman, Doc Holiday, or even the D.O.C. than Dr Boyer. I saw two of her NP’s for 10 years without an incident of any kind. After they both quit, I was transferred to Boyer. It’s my own fault for giving her a shot. After all I was warned by 5 different former and current employees of Dr Boyer that I should see anyone but her. And that nobody can stand her, most of all her patients. Dr Boyer is awesome. She genuinely cares for her patients, and is on top of everything always. If I leave a voicemail, she or her nurse Nikki always returns the message the same day, and in almost every case they will have already fixed the issue before calling me back. I’m not sure Dr Boyer is taking any new patients currently, but if she is you will not be disappointed.
Do not recommend. Poor beside manner. Refused a hospice recommendation for a very ill family member and then refused to give her pain medication even though patient has not been admitted to hospice. Leaving our family in crisis trying to manage pain during a health crisis. Terrible service!!!!
Saw Dr. Dianna Boyer for 1st time today and she is amazing !!!! She listened and was so caring!!!! She treated me like a PERSON not just a number !!!! I would HIGHLY recommend her as a PCP (primary care doctor) !!!! 5 star for her ! And the staff was ALL just as amazing and kind !!!
Very hard to get prescriptions renewed even though you contact them several times. Took a letter from insurance company to the office because they wanted to use a cheaper drug. Their office was also sent a copy. The receptionist read the letter, handed it back to me and said, I don't know what this is. I had to ask her to copy it and give to the doctor.
