They deserve a zero, but 1 is the lowest. I dropped off my son's car Sun pm for a Mon am diagnostic appt; various noises I described as front end and/or brakes and an exhaust rattle. Mon came and went, no word. I called them twice Tue, 1:30 and 2:30, and was told they'd get back to me. I called again after 3 and they were "just getting the key to take a test ride". 4pm they left a message that the front tires were bad. That's it.
