Kristen in SW is always wonderful to work with professionally. She does an excellent job of making sure her patients have what they need upon discharge. She is an asset to the healthcare community. The nice lady at the front desk (I apologize, I do not know her name) is always very kind and ready to assist. This is very much appreciated.
I was here for a total knee replacement two years ago. The experience was amazing. All of the staff from aides to nurses to therapist to social workers to the house keeping staff were very professional, caring and sensitive to my needs. The food wasn’t very good though. I returned there a couple weeks ago for the other knee. I never thought that I would be saying that I experienced the same treatment but it was better! My aides were the kindest young ladies you ever want to meet. They were very attentive to my needs as well ... read more
