I was here for a total knee replacement two years ago. The experience was amazing. All of the staff from aides to nurses to therapist to social workers to the house keeping staff were very professional, caring and sensitive to my needs. The food wasn’t very good though. I returned there a couple weeks ago for the other knee. I never thought that I would be saying that I experienced the same treatment but it was better! My aides were the kindest young ladies you ever want to meet. They were very attentive to my needs as well ... read more
I will post more later but I would not recommend this place to anyone
It cannot be easy working in Martinsburg due to cuts in funding, transportation for seniors, the SES of Martinsburg, and the odd way that agencies tend to not communicate with each other. Despite this, they and their staff, especially Kristin Hummel, worked hard to make sure my father made progress and were in constant communication with my family, moreso than any other agency has been since I have lived here as an adult.
