My grandmother has resided at this facility for 5 years. Despite complicated family dynamics the staff-maintains communication regarding my grandmother's condition. The aides and many nurses have come to treat my grandmother like family, and I'd like to recognize all they do for my grandmother to keep her safe and happy. The social worker Kristen has helped ensure all the proper steps were taken to keep my grandmother's growing needs accommodated and to help my family understand the process. Kristen the discharge Social Worker is attentive, and truly dedicated to supporting both residents and families. She is organized, and a consistent collaborator when coordinating care. Communication is clear and timely. She is definitely great to work with.
Security is always outside... never inside doing thier job. Let the patient out. Nurses had to find them.
