Great service, excellent prices.
We just purchased two gas inserts with instillation from Martin’s and I am beyond impressed with the business. While none of it is “cheap” by any means, you are absolutely getting a premium product and service for your money. One of the fireplaces proved to be a difficult location to aesthetically accommodate, and the crew at Martin’s went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked out to our satisfaction. We recently had Martin's Stove and Fireplace remove an old gas fireplace and install a new one. We are thrilled with our new fireplace and look forward to many warm winters. We worked with Josh from the showroom while Kevin and Paul installed the unit. All were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. Paul and Bill were amazing and cleaned my stovepipe thoroughly and with care. They discovered my stove pipe cap was almost completely clogged and cheerfully spent the time to clean it thoroughly, and that was no small task. They did an amazing job, were careful to keep the area clean and vacuumed thoroughly before they left. Super nice guys and I would recommend this company to everyone! Thanks guys!
