I did not buy my stove at Martin's. I needed a complete install. After getting quoted $13,000.00 for just the chimney liner install from another company I called Josh. Josh told me a liner is a few hour job if I'm a DIY kind of person. I drove out to the store where they have Stihl equipment, Yanmar tractors, Ferris and Grass Hopper lawnmowers, on top of wood, pellet, and gas stoves and more. I had my old non-working gas fireplace as well as the surround outside and inside completely replaced by Martin’s. Although there were some upfront challenges with materials and scheduling, Josh was quick to communicate those issues and offer a resolve to them. Kevin was able to help us envision and design the new fireplace with enthusiasm. The installers; Kevin & Paul are true professionals. Great service, excellent prices.
We just purchased two gas inserts with instillation from Martin’s and I am beyond impressed with the business. While none of it is “cheap” by any means, you are absolutely getting a premium product and service for your money. One of the fireplaces proved to be a difficult location to aesthetically accommodate, and the crew at Martin’s went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked out to our satisfaction.
