Very Disappointed! Brought a front tire in for mount and balance! It’s a spoked wheel so it has wheel weights on the spokes. They are very obvious to recognize! When picking up the tire I noticed the same old wheel weights still on the spokes in there original spots. I asked if they balanced the wheel as the weights are still in the same spot! If I could leave a negative star review I would. This place is a joke. Took my sons 2 year old bike for regular maintenance, I was told that this guy was a KTM specialist. They took it in June. October, $800 later and a 4 wheeler that we no longer wanted we got it back only to experience "bogging out" when riding it. This is a 2 year old bike, had no issues just needed normal maintenance. Took it back, they had it another 4 plus weeks to say they should have replaced a gasket known issue, again there were no issues with the ... read more

Owners are really nice, Technician, seems to have a big bad attitude, and it seems like he pushes his way over the owners, very disrespectful to them and customers.
