I work customer service. I wasn't greeted at drive thru order and wasn't told my total and was just told to drive to the window. No thank you have a good day. Get to window no hello, good morning and just told my total. Not trying to be rude but Savannah needs to be taught better customer service. The young man that handed me my food said thank you. I visited the Martins in Rockmart Ga on 7/19/2025 at 10:46 am. I hope you have a very blessed day.
Visited the 8990 Dallas Acworth Hwy location this morning and it was awful. Restaurant was empty yet none of the 5 employees could bother to take my order after I waited 10 minutes. Another 7 minutes wait for my 1 biscuit plate which was not even what I ordered. Then the lady who gave me my food says “you should be saying you’re welcome” in a very rude tone. It was pretty shocking behavior from a grown woman who seemed like the manager. I will never visit another Martin’s and be made fun of by the employees. Truly disappoint... read more
Fighting between workers. Don't know how to work. My order was wrong and was told it was right. I paid over $30 will never go back.
Why does It take 25 minutes to get 2 biscuits when I'm only the 2nd person in line? every location has gone down the TOILET. ive been coming here 30+ years......STEP IT UP OR I'LL STEP AWAY
