Excellent local auto shop overall . The mechanics were professional, honest, and clearly knew what they were doing. Repairs were finished on time, communication stayed clear throughout the process, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of work. The shop itself looked organized and well maintained, which always gives confidence when leaving your vehicle somewhere. Definitely appreciated how friendly and straightforward everyone was. Great place for maintenance, diagnostics, and reliable repair work without the stress.
We came in after our car had engine issues from a road trip. Very friendly and was able to diagnose the issue.
Cody and his team are great. We pulled into Ellsworth with an ailing truck after the 24/25 winter holidays, and limped the vehicle into Martin's Pro Auto. Cody and Donna made sure we got to a restaurant and helped find us a rental, while the vehicle had to stay behind for major repairs.
