Cody and his team are great. We pulled into Ellsworth with an ailing truck after the 24/25 winter holidays, and limped the vehicle into Martin's Pro Auto. Cody and Donna made sure we got to a restaurant and helped find us a rental, while the vehicle had to stay behind for major repairs.
We’re New Yorkers on a Midwest road trip, and early one morning our GPS took us down a really muddy back road in Kansas. By the time we realized how bad it was, it was too late — we were completely stuck. We were on a 12 hour drive home from Atchison KS to NM when a warning light came on in the car saying we had low tire pressure. We were just passing through Ellsworth KS when it happened and we found Martin’s Pro Auto on google. I wish I had gotten the man’s name who looked at our tire. He was so friendly and helpful and spent a good amount of time trying to find the problem. He would not accept payment for his time but just wished us well. I broke down on the side of the road just outside of Ellsworth on my way to Texas. My roadside assistance could not find a tow truck anywhere, but Cody from Martin's was able to come get my truck and take care of everything for me to get me back on the road. They were fair, honest, and everything else I would ask for in a mechanic. Great people, great service, great shop.
