He’s usually really good but like it happens to all of us he’s aging. Poor guy could barely walk and fumbled with simple tools,just slapped a new capacitor and didnt even try to check the blower motor. When he turned it on the blower was shaking horribly. Didn’t even try to check it, within a couple of hours it was down again and I’m out $150. I have always went with Donnie for repairs but I think it’s time to go outside the box. I still respect him, but I cant have him service anymore.
Circuit board on our furnace went out and Donnie came and told us it would be a couple hundred dollar fix. Two hours later he called saying it would cost $600 because of tariffs. We decided to YouTube how to change the circuit board and we got the part for $70 and had it fixed in 10 minutes. This man is a crook that will rip off his own family. Do not hire, your wallet will regret it!
