If I could have rated them zero, I would have. After 10 months, they no longer had the right insurance in the system. I had to come back another day. When I came back I told them I needed another prescription refilled. I gave them what I needed, which I need monthly, and it’s been the same for 10 months as well. I'm sure it's great most days, and I can't speak of the average customer that goes there (I'm in and out at about 1-3 mins. Max) - but there always seems to be lines out into the aisles when I come here for my families prescriptions. And the LAST thing I want to do after I work a 9-5 is wait for 30+ minutes for prescriptions. Do better.
Lindsay and gang at this Pharmacy are A1 in any category. The new guy there seems to be picking up and learning very quickly. I only have one suggestion, if no fault as to the employees. Some days they get so busy that lines get ridiculously long lines. They need a backup register to handle the extra flow of customers. I'm sure many people that are disabled like myself would agree When the lines are that long it is very difficult to stand that long.
I had a negative experience with a local pharmacy that never had some of my medications, so decided to switch to Martin’s Pharmacy in LaVale. I have been a customer since this past Fall, and only have had a positive experience! The ladies who work at the pharmacy are very courteous and patient! I had a recent change in dosage and the pharmacist told me she had ordered it and will be here tomorrow afternoon!
