I have been to many other pharmacies and have had negative experiences, but I love this pharmacy. I have never had a bad experience with them, they always make me feel comfortable and not judged. They have went out of their way quite a few times too help me.
I've called and asked if my insurance would cover the fish oil liquid form that they sold to me before. They said I would need a script from my doctor. I called and requested a script for the fish oil liquid form. My doctor called THIS pharmacy and were told that THIS pharmacy doesn't order it. I'll NEVER do business with THIS pharmacy EVER AGAIN.
1st and foremost,the nice young gentleman named Nate,(long hair and glasses from the "Direct" dept.,)he should be given a nice raise 1st then taken aside and made known how much he's appreciated!! He goes above and beyond everytime I have a question,ask a special favor,or just a lovely and kind conversation during our interaction in the parking lot! DEFINITELY a asset to Martin's stores.
