I went there on 12/6/25 to pick up meds for my parents & first off it was a long wait bc they had only 1 register open but lots of people behind the counter. Others complained also that BOTH registers should be used. The lady who waited on me called up another customer while I was waiting to see about the prescription that was sent that they said they never received. I had to move from Rite Aid as I am sure many others have done recently. Yes the lines and wait times were wrong, but I overheard a plethora of customers complaining to staff who had no bearing on the speed at which they could operate. The staff always maintained an apologetic and compassionate response to the irrate customers despite them having none of the actual blame.
