I had to move from Rite Aid as I am sure many others have done recently. Yes the lines and wait times were wrong, but I overheard a plethora of customers complaining to staff who had no bearing on the speed at which they could operate. The staff always maintained an apologetic and compassionate response to the irrate customers despite them having none of the actual blame. The wait times to pick up medication here are ridiculous. Sometimes it's over 25 minutes standing in line. I can understand getting busy, but this is all the time. This pharmacy needs more staff.
