Martin's Food Market is very nice but pricey Martin's Food Market is one of the best grocery stores I have seen. It is brand new and they even have a gluten free isle, dairy free isle and organic isle. The only drawback is their prices are very high. I have to eat Gluten Free though and they have the biggest selection I've seen in the area so you deal with the high prices.
Not the usual Ukrop's service! Maybe it's the location, but I have been to this Ukrop's a few times and was very un-impressed by the look and service. The associates were too busy talking to themselves to take my money. I would consider the drive to Colonial Heights before going to this location of Ukrops.
deli deli workers are rude...they stand there and talk instead of waiting on customers..won't go back again. This is the duncansville store, never had a problem anywhere else. Take a number and wait and wait till they are good and ready to even look at you.
Excellent grocery store The Martins Food Store rates high in selection and in overall atmosphere. The store was recently built so it's modern, clean and well-organized and it has plenty of convenient parking. It has several registers, both self-serve and those manned by associates, so long lines are rarely a problem.
