The worst… he was supposed to fix our edger for FREE as he was contracted by southland company and our edger was under warranty. We waited for weeks and he couldn’t find the issue. Then he tried to charge us for something he “did” but it wasn’t part of our warranty that we never even agreed to. Even tho I’m pretty sure he did bunch of NOTHING!! Also just couldn’t verify if it was fixed or not… THEN he tried to hold our edger hostage and tell us how he’s not giving it back!!! Needless to say we were planning on calling cops f... read more
