In response to jevans2553, It is unfortunate that you feel you did not recieve good customer service. Please rest assured that your boat was worked on and was taken to the lake. You were not charged because the repair of your boat was not completed when you elected to pick it up. We took a loss on the parts and labor that went into your repair. Worst Customer Service in the Boating Industry – My pontoon was taken in for service on 4/7. It sat at the dealer until picked up on 4/30. I was never called to give a status of repairs. After 4 phone calls and being told they were still working on the boat, I told them I would pick it up in 30 minutes. Upon arrival, I noticed the boat in the back of the lot and it appeared as though nothing had been done to it. They really took the time to make sure I was getting exactly the boat I wanted. My new Tidewater is more boat than I thought I could afford. thanks guys!
