Got my Haval fixed from them, I went there through GWM berwick.They did an amazing job and on top of it detailed the car properly from inside and outside. Thanks team for doing extra. Everybody is super nice too.
My car was repaired but these are my problems 1. I was told it would take 2 weeks. When I mentioned that I would be away suddenly it was 3 weeks 2. When I picked it up all the electronics were out with warnings including seatbelts. This was ignored and I had to take it back to the dealer to sort. Which would have been ok if I had of been told. 3. It’s an EV - did no one think to charge it? I could barely get home yet you’d had it 3 weeks. 4. Minor - BUT my radio station was changed. No need for that

Wonderful customer service. Had a minor accident with my car, but it lead to a bigger repair then I thought. The team at Martin's Panel master Berwick looked after me and organised a great courtesy car. Highly recommend this repair shop.
