We hired David Martin as our General Contractor for a renovation of a room into a master bedroom with bathroom. He was disorganized, crews did shoddy work much had to be demoed and redone by other contractors (e.g., door framing crooked, bathroom fan vented into attic, shower floor completely unusable), he didn't attend any of the 3 Town building inspections and ultimately took a large amount of money from us and quit over the phone. We have yet to obtain any building material receipts so no idea how much he got for no work ... read more
