We have used Martin's twice for work on our old house in the city. They are not the cheapest contractors but you are paying for professional and good craftsmanship. This second time they managed to take our kitchen that hadn't been touched since the 70s, strip it, and rebuild in less than 6 weeks, not many contractors could do that. A few hiccups along the way were immediately and patiently addressed by Martin himself and we have recommended them to several neighbors.
We have had the privilege of working with Martin Home Renovation for over 13 years. They have done extensive work in our home from completely renovating our kitchen, flooring and bathrooms to most recently adding a door in our basement. Their team is always consistently highly skilled, timely and they always clean the area they work on meticulously. We consider Martin’s Home Renovation team a 5 plus in our book.
I had the best experience with Martin's teams - they had a very complicated task to install an egress window, install new plumbing in my basement, construct a new bathroom in the basement, and move and update the electrical panel for the house. They did it all within budget and time and all of their work was approved through permits from the county. Martin's teams were great to work with, and very professional. Martin is professional, well mannered and fair in completing projects in a timely manner. I consider his price fair. He has an excellent team of workers that work efficiently, and are well mannered. I have recommended Martin to quite a few in the community.
