Poor quality furniture, several issues with the furniture. I called one month after delivery. The furniture was to be repaired and taken away for weeks, when returned, other issues happened. Crooked recliner at one end of the sofa. Both recliner chairs had a loud rubbing noise and the one recliner was resting on my floor leaving a one inch dent into my carpet. HappyinBliss Martins is the reason Big Box stores should not succeed. Always quality products, superior hometown salespersons (Hey, Ron), excellent delivery systems, and guarantees. My husband and I have purchased all our kitchen appliances, two sets of washer and dryers, and a freezer. Not to mention patio supplies and soon to be two leather recliners. Why go anywhere else?
Martins does well by me. I've purchased, a bed, washing machine and other furniture from Martins, and I have always been satisfied. When I had a problem, they made it right. Their sales people are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I never buy at Lowes or other large chains until I stop at Martins first.
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MARTIN'S HOME CENTER IN TECUMSEH MICHIGAN !!! My elderly mother purchased an expensive Lazboy Lift Chair from Martin's Home Center. When it arrived to our amazement one of the buttons was missing. We phoned Martin's and they sent a repairman to fix it but immediately the button was missing again. During this time my mother became very ill and was hospitalized several times and she passed away. A great place for everything! We went to this store to purchase grass seed for our yard. We didn't have the first clue on which to buy or even how to do it. An older gentleman who worked there took the time to ask about our yard, pick the right seed, fertilizer and accessories. Our yard looks great! :)
