The pictures the builders show are not accurate. We don't have parks like that in this neighborhood. The same HOA Mgt. company manages Rosewood next to us. This mgt co. sucks!! But, the neighborhood is quiet, clean, cared for, and the people that live here are great!!
Next to rosewood so people try to break into your cars, they never restock or clean out the dog waste bins which is unsanitary. They’ll sue you if your yard isn’t up to their standards even though they don’t even follow their own regulations. I added pictures of the dog waste and the public grass that is their responsibility and my yard looks better than that but we’re still getting sued
I love our neighborhood! We have been here since 2007, so we are "originals". The folks around us are kind and neighborly. It's a smaller community, so you end up getting to know the people around you. It is situated behind the Tavares Cemetary, so there will never be a new development on that side of the neighborhood. It has a fairly strict HOA, some positive rules, but also some negative. I'm not currently aware of the ratio of owners to renters, but most yards are clean and well kept.
