Amazing customer service.
When our SUV overheated and broke down in the Grapevine, we had it towed to Martin's Garage in Lebec. When I called Johnny at 4:45 pm, I said I was aware he closed at 5, but would he be able to receive us? He lives relatively close by, so he didn't need to wait at the shop. Once we arrived there around 6, we texted him, and he met us at the shop. I was so grateful for this accommodation. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express a few minutes down the road.
