a great place to shop and work
Costumers are rude. Maybe you need to put up a sign condoning rude behavior. We have experienced this twice in the last month. The employees are awesome!! Thank you!!!
Just a word to the wise. They are practicing social distancing however, they allowed an elderly lady remove her mask and continue shopping. I did ask the person directing people to check-out lanes to address but he said there was nothing he could do and directed me to customer service. I went there and spoke to the manager, I have no idea if they addressed it.
I went shopping there today and they definitely have our safety concerns in check. I’m so impressed. Although the line was all the way back to the milk, it is necessary during this time and much appreciated. It moved fairly quickly. You all are great. Keep doing what you’re doing!
I just returned from Martins Direct pickup at your Dual Highway store. It was my first time using it, and I was a bit anxious; the whole process is totally no contact, and I could not be more pleased. Of course, a few items were not in stock, but I am so thankful for all of the things I was able to bring home. Thank you so much for helping folks to stay safe. May God bless all of you.
Customer service is always a delight. Friendly & Happy employees. Store is organized & well stocked. Very clean even with the front remodeling that is occurring now.
