Thankyou to Martin and his team. Was very happy with the level or service and care getting the correct glasses. I had struggled after getting the incorrect glasses from a large chain and really appreciated the extra time taken to help me with what I needed. 😊
Saved by the goddess with pink hair and personality. Having gone from no breakages or damage for years to breaking two pairs in one day left me with no backup supplies. I took them in hoping for a minor miracle and within 20 minutes 1 pair was fully restored and the second pair is being addressed. So instead of forking out $500 for each new pair I have had them restored for less than half the cost of a new pair. Fantastic service and care for its customers.
Absolutely exceptional practice! The consultation with Martin was hands down the best optometrist experience I had in my life, with lots of insights about eye care & health that no one bothered to talk about before in various optometrist chains in Hobart & mainland Australia. I went to see Martin about dry eye. I was suffering so badly!! Martin was amazing, professional and really cared about helping me. His after care was also amazing. My eyes are currently feeling so much better after seeing Martin. Highly recommended!!
