I had a great experience. My car looks like it was never wrecked and he was very professional and easy to deal with. He helped me in every way he could, so that I wouldn’t break the bank fixing my car. I attached before and after photos.
I admit I was a bit nervous, but for no reason! Chris did a phenomenal job on my truck! I have the pacific blue color and matched it perfectly (even gave me some for touch ups). Originally he told me 30 days and boy was I surprised when she was done in a little over a week! Perfectly I will add! If you need something done go to Martin’s you’ll be extremely happy! Martins was the best first experience I’ve had at a body shop. Many body shops are known for cutting corners or getting more money out of you than necessary, but Martins is a rare one that does everything right and is reasonably priced. They worked perfectly with my insurance and knew the ins and outs of that world. They were very thorough, honest, and did everything possible to ease my mind and confidence in them fixing my new car. Chris, the owner, was very accommodating and did unbelievable work. They were quick and friendly and started immediately. I dropped it off, they dealt with the insurance directly so my involvement was minimal. Here's the before and after. You can guess which is which. Thank you for all your work.
Chris was very good to set things up with my insurance company. He promised to do it in a timely fashion and did just that. The other workers at the shop were very friendly. My car looks fantastic.
