I unfortunately got rear ended and had minor damage over all but needed a new trunk, rear bumper cover, lights, and had to have my rear body panel pulled out and aligned and without hesitation this repair center picked up, answering all my questions and gave me instructions on how and what to do when talking to the insurance company. I had a great experience. My car looks like it was never wrecked and he was very professional and easy to deal with. He helped me in every way he could, so that I wouldn’t break the bank fixing my car. I attached before and after photos.
I had a great experience with this shop while my Ford Escape was being repaired. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood what was being done. The communication was excellent, and the service was completed on time. I really appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend them to others.
Very professional and friendly shop. I brought my truck there for a rear bumper replacement after a rear-end collision. I supplied them with the insurance claim number from the responsible party and they took over from there. They gave me a call one week later letting me know the truck would be completed and ready the next day. Went the next day and my truck was completed with a new bumper, like nothing had ever happened. They clean the vehicle after they complete their work as well!
Chris, the owner, was very accommodating and did unbelievable work. They were quick and friendly and started immediately. I dropped it off, they dealt with the insurance directly so my involvement was minimal. Here's the before and after. You can guess which is which. Thank you for all your work.
