They lost two of my very good suits today. Either handed them to someone else or lost in store. Either way that’s $400
I brought in my custom-made curtains to have them dry cleaned and apparently they were washed because they shrunk almost a foot. $1600 right down the drain and no call from anyone. I will never take anything else to them. Apparently it’s just fine to ruin someone’s garments and not give two shits.
Sulphur Dry Cleaners has significantly declined in quality. During my last two visits, the employee at the front counter appeared to be under the influence, and the facility had a strong odor of body odor and cigarette smoke. Additionally, there was an unfamiliar individual sleeping on the counter, which made the environment feel unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Good prices and great job on clothes...only thing I recommend would be faster service. There's no one day and everything takes about 3 days to come back. Also closed on Saturday so everything after Wednesday afternoon isn't ready till Monday.
