We had carpet installed back in 2016, by another Carpet company. Prior to contacting Martin Flooring, we had to have the carpet re-stretched twice. In both cases a power stretcher was NOT used. Over time the carpet started to come up. Martin Flooring used a power stretcher and replaced the tack strips as well. Hopefully by using the right tool and replacing bad tack strips the problem will not resurface.
They came at time scheduled and completed the job then cleaned up before leaving. Did a very good job. I will recommend to anyone who asks.
Worked with Brian and cannot say enough about his professionalism and expertise! He took the time to come out to our home before, during and after the installation of our luxury vinyl flooring and tile backsplash. The contractors were excellent and professional. Martin’s Flooring will always be our go to!
Saleswoman, Michelle, was low pressure and very nice to work with. Unfortunately I couldn't get the viny I wanted before the holidays, but I did buy carpet. Installer, Mike, was great, quick and professional. Very happy!
