I waited over 2 weeks for a quote on a job from this business. After being told many times the estimate was forthcoming, I was told that they would give me estimate when they could get to it. This was a significant change from what I was originally told. I asked the person giving me all the bad info why they would make promises they could not keep, and I was accused of being rude ...for only for asking why the story had changed!
