Do not stand behind their work and don't take responsibility for damage they cause. When I first looked at the repair they had made it looked good but later on the same day the sunlight was directly hitting the repaired area and you could tell the paint did not match. The paint was a factory color so it should have been easy to match the existing paint unless you haven someone inexperienced painting the car. Experience would have been 4 stars the work they did to repair the damage was acceptable but they damaged a mirror they had to remove to repair the work. They said nothing about it when they did their qc inspection but as soon as I left the shop I noticed the mirror noticeably shaking so I went right right back to the shop and informed them of the issue. I dropped off my 2023 truck for minor repairs, requiring the rear quarter panel to be re-painted. The truck looks great and like new! Tony was awesome, and the team there are experts at what they do!
Had some small scratches on my bumper they helped me out by telling me an easy way to fix it myself to save a lot of money. Great company
Tony is great. He let me know from start to finish what to expect. Expectations were what he said. All the employees were great to interact with. Best of all, his grandfather was in the shop working. I love family owned business' and people who love to work. Rockport Paint & Body is a place you can trust and keep coming back to, especially if you have teenagers because that's how we got to know them.
