Poor experience I have usually had a good experience, but this time not so much. The transmission in my car died, they towed in to their shop to diagnose the issue on a Monday. They weren't able to give me an answer until the end of the week Friday. They were nice enough to match the lowest quote I found and said they would have the transmission fixed by Tuesday. Awesome Service These guys are awesome, I was visiting family in the area and ripped off and delayed by another shop in town. They fixed my truck right away and got me back on the road. RC and Jim are great. I cant thank them enough. The prices are reasonable and they are honest. I wish I had gone there first. They even stayed after hours to get me on the road.
this place charge my dad 4500 to fix his transmission and then he broke down on the way to the vacation with us is 75 years old and doesn't deserve to be treated this way by a professional service I will be hiring an attorney and a contacting the Better Business Bureau on my dad's behalf I plan to get Justice if you're looking for good mechanics that treat people right this is not the place to go I do however know many auto shops that are

just had my car fixed there was told the evening before when I dropped it off that they would only charge me for the hour it would take to change the power steering hose I told them I had to have the car as early in the morning as posable for work they call me at 11;30 to tell me my car is done I get there and they charge me for almost 3 hours of work for something that should of taken less than an hour so a $100 job cost me over $300 I will never take another car to them again and I will make sure that everyone I know doesn... read more
