I’ve brought two of my vehicles to Martins and I can’t praise them enough. From start to finish they have been phenomenal. Kept in touch with me during the whole process of fixing my first vehicle. I brought my other vehicle in for a slow leak in one of my tires and they again kept me informed during the complete process. Highly recommend them.
I have taken two of our vehicles to Martin’s Auto Tech during the past six months. One visit was to have a passenger configured to be towed behind our motorhome, and the other was to have adjustments made to the wheels and tires of the motorhome. In both cases, we were extremely pleased with the timeliness, quality, and charges for the work done as well as the professionalism of the staff.
I went to Martin's because they have an alignment rack that can handle my lowered vehicle. Craig provided professional, efficient service, and took the time to understand my street/track performance goals, with no attempt to upsell.
I took my 2010 Volkswagen CC a few times to these individuals specifically Jeff and Jena both informed me of things needed for an emissions light that kept coming on and off. They had me to pay for various different parts including Oxygen sensors when in all actuality ALL I NEEDED WAS A NEW EXHAUST MANIFOLD. They obviously have no clue what they are doing!
