This is my place and its not even in my city! Big place, and very clean customer area. Does it make a difference? Yes! I like when the guy who runs the place, as well as the customer/waiting area isn't covered in grease when he hands me the keys. Rod always tries to do what he can to appease the distressed customer, and if he can't get ya done that day, he tells ya what his workload at the time is. Totally truthful at all times. Exceptional Customer Service and Quality Work Martin's rescued us from a motorist's worst nightmare. Our car totally refused to run, 150 miles from home. Martin's towed vehicle to their shop, diagnosed the problem, then located a used part for the repair priced 70% less than a new one. Completed the job in a timely manner. Costs were reasonable. Stayed in touch with us the whole time.
Customer Friendly! I called Martin's auto after seeing it posted on insiderpages to make an appt for my boss on two days notice. Rod the owner was very customer friendly, he assured me that my boss's car would get fixed in a timely and quick manner. Just by speaking with Rod I got the impression that he is a nice person and would take care of my boss's car. He would be someone I would difinetely use again.
Fast and fairly priced My family has been bringing all our vehicles to Martin's Auto Tech for more than 10 years. We have always been treated competently and efficiently, and at a very reasonable cost. Martin's Auto Tech is always busy and that fact alone is obviously a testament to their professionalism. We are continuing to patronize Martin's Auto Tech.
