Martin's misdiagnosed a repair and ended up replacing a part that didn't need replacing. Because of this a $300 repair cost me $1600. Martin's made no attempt to accept accountability for there mistake or even discount part of the labor. I would also like to add that they charged us a 3% fee for paying with a credit card but never told us there would be a fee. Honestly offended by the person that answered the phone. I’ve been building and drifting cars for two years. All I wanted was a price on an alignment, don’t need an explanation on them.
Would leave a 0 if I could. No communication skills whatsoever - days without callbacks or updates. Dropped a vehicle off for one issue and left with new issues.
I broke a wire in my Electrical harness on my pickup and Martin was able to get in to a tough spot on the truck and repair it. Saved me from a huge headache. I couldn't be happier with their service. Jake kept me updated every step of the way and they had the repair done quick.
