Ordered cupcakes for my birthday (and requested for them to be picked up on the 15th), they call me on the 14 and said I never picked them up...I told them i didn't need them until the following day, they said no big deal, they will refrigerate them. I explained that if I'm paying for fresh bakery cupcakes (I have picky kids!)
