I had a place in mind to alter my Enzoani wedding dress prior to the pandemic because I read they had worked with such dresses, but they closed down during the pandemic! =( So I rushedly looked for another location in Ottawa with good reviews. WARNING Do NOT bring your wedding dress here!! My alterations were so unbelievably over priced and so poorly done. It almost makes me tear up thinking about it. You could easily tell they were rushed and not completed properly. She cancelled a few of my appointments on short notice and took a lot longer then advised. I didn’t end up getting my dress back until the day before I left for my wedding. It added a lot of unnecessary stress and gave me no time to have anything fixed. SIX VISITS! My alterations (a bustle, train shortening and going 1 size down) took 6 visits and wasn't ready until 5 days before my wedding when I was asked to provide her with more time, said no and I took it as is. It was a tad tight, the bustle wasn't complete, and she randomly changed the cups between the 5th and 6th visits to MUCH more padded ones, when my others were unpadded.
