Technician Anthony T. came to our house to fix our furnace, which was blowing cold air instead of warm. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, explaining each step along the way so we understood what was happening. John also gave us great advice on how to properly maintain our furnace to prevent future problems. Excellent service — highly recommend him!
