It has been our good fortune to have consistent contact with Peter Grampola for the last 2 yrs or more. We purchased a new AC unit and it was not working properly. We had one tech come and look at it and it still did not function correctly. Martino HVAC initial came out to do an evaluation before looking at purchasing a whole home dehumidifier. Peter’s attention to detail led him to discover that our furnace was not setup properly since installation in 2019. He spent the time and corrected all the issues he could find instead of trying to sell us something that we may not need. His technical explanation of the process was greatly appreciated. I was trying to get central air in my house. Booked an appointment and these guys showed up, took measurements of the space, and the furnace, and whatever else. Get a call back like a day after that saying the technician chose not to pursue the job. No explanation or anything just not doing it. I feel like these HVAC guys are lazy and pick and choose what jobs they want to do. If it's at all a little difficult or the space is tight or whatever seems like they always decline.
