excellent install and service on our heat pump from Martino HVAC. We bought it with the rebate program two years ago and it is working beautifully. Scott was our technician and he was absolutely terrific, thorough and friendly.
Peter was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend this sales/technician.
Our technician Peter was extremely helpful in answering questions. He did a great job on the gas fireplace and was able to give me some tips on using it efficiently. He was on time, and left the area clean.
On Friday, March 28th I was informed by Martino's HVAC customer service representative that technicians would come to my home and replace the copper drop to the furnace. I was surprised with the immediate response, the technicians came to my home on Monday afternoon. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. As I observed them, I was happy to see that they were very knowledgeable in their trade and completed the work and made sure that the furnace was firing up properly.
