Just moved to the area. I have tried calling this location on a few occasions over a few days and the phone always rings busy. Apparently the staff just takes the phone off the hook. I am not sure how "boutique" applies to a dry cleaner. Boutique might imply a higher level of service but you can't get that if they don't answer the phones.
I used their dry cleaning services one time and will not be returning. A sweater came back with multiple broken buttons and a silk blouse came back with a white, bleach-like stain on it. Whatever they did took the color right off a part of my blouse. Very expensive and a total lack of care for your personal items.
I have tried other dry cleaners but am definitely keeping this one. They do a great job !! If I have a problem they resolve.. driver is super nice and friendly!! Keep up the great job would definitely recommended .
Best customer service and quality dry cleaning like no other. It's like getting new close every week.
