While I had a good experience, my mom didn’t, so your nails will be very dependent on the tech you get. My mom got dip and they didn’t even last a week. While waiting for me in the salon still, one of her corners began to lift. It was also very thick because the dip wasn’t pure white as she had been told, so they had to go with gel over it. They didn’t properly shape the apex so it was bulky and uneven, didn’t remove her cuticles or even clean up her edges properly, so honestly it looked sloppy. Buyer BEWARE! Would have given it one star but Jamie gave me a wonderful pedicure. However- as for the manicure, one thumb is poorly done and my cuticles are raw and cut on both thumbs. I was charged an extra $15 to have my acrylic nails shortened and shaped along with an extra $10 for a small chip on one pinky to be fixed- WITHOUT BEING TOLD up front of the fees. I have simply never been charged for shortening my nails- ever. I have them shortened each time. The manicure is advertised as $30 plus $10 for shellac/gel. NOWHER... read more
They take their time and do such great work. My nails are lasting longer and looking better than ever before. Katie is really talented and patient, I love working with her on choosing my set and color for the month. I appreciate an artist that can do more than a color replacement!
