Fixed my car and had me back on the road the same evening
My boyfriend took in his car and had to wait eight months to get his car back. They never did his alignment and he had to pay an extra $800 dollars to get his alignment and new tires that they said they were going to do. While also breaking his hood latch without any explanation. I highly recommend you do not go here
Spoke with Jeff on a Thursday and he said to drop off the car on Friday morning. The job was to change out the drivers side axle on a Toyota Rav 4 , a simple two hour job and when I did not here from him all day , I decided to call him and he said that he would work on my car on Saturday morning. I told him that was unacceptable , I needed the vehicle for work. They seemed nice and knowledgeable at first but after the first two hours of waiting and being told, "15 more minutes", we started getting tired of waiting. Once the guy finally got back from lunch to scan the car it went downhill from there. He didn't seem to know how to use it so he grabbed the manual, then hd started mentioning things that didn't have a problem (found this out from a mechanic in Az).
