Super grateful for Jeff at Martinez's Auto Repair! While on a road trip from out of state, our car started having issues right as most shops were closing. Jeff squeezed us in the same day, even though he was already super busy. He was patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. Even showed us exactly what was wrong so we could understand. Thanks to him, we got back on the road feeling safe about the drive ahead. Thank you, Jeff!!
Fixed my car and had me back on the road the same evening
My boyfriend took in his car and had to wait eight months to get his car back. They never did his alignment and he had to pay an extra $800 dollars to get his alignment and new tires that they said they were going to do. While also breaking his hood latch without any explanation. I highly recommend you do not go here
Spoke with Jeff on a Thursday and he said to drop off the car on Friday morning. The job was to change out the drivers side axle on a Toyota Rav 4 , a simple two hour job and when I did not here from him all day , I decided to call him and he said that he would work on my car on Saturday morning. I told him that was unacceptable , I needed the vehicle for work.
