I repeat DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET A TRANSMISSION!!! I took my car here last fall & have had to take it back 4 TIMES and my car still doesn't run correctly---after spending over $3500. The worst part is that I have a 1 yr warranty on it, but they refuse to work on it saying it's nothing else they can do. You will be wasting your money if you decide to let them work on your transmission. I should've just taken it to the dealership and paid the extra cost. Some repairs are just not worth going the cheaper route.
Martinez transmission would get 6 stars if that was an option. Honest, competent and very fair. No sharks here ! Christian, the manager, provided patient and thorough customer service that is a rare gift these days. He went above and beyond to assist me with a complicated issue. Could not recommend this shop enough. Call them, speak with Christian. They repaired my transmission and it is running great. I won't go anywhere else from now on and I live in Northern Virginia. !
I took my Ford F-150 to Martinez Transmission for service. I knew I had transmission issues but upon their inspection they discovered I had a radiator issue as well. Martinez Transmission repaired my vehicle, and beat the price of previous quotes for service. Additionally, I had to rent a vehicle for the it took to repair the truck. the owner was kind enough to pick me up from the rental car place when it was time to come get my vehicle. I broke down in this area and didn’t know anyone, Christian actually took on the task to get me back on route but also communicated and was so professional. I believe this is an honest place and that goes a long way! Highly recommend!
I am so please with their services. They are honest and quick to work. Christian was able to find the problem within 10 minutes. They are very professional and kind. They will also be fair with their prices. I highly recommend them!!
