My sons transmission went out in his truck. We are new to the island and speak no Spanish so finding a shop that doesn’t hang up on you because you they don’t speak English is very hard. When I called here they said they were about a month out before they could get his truck in but 2 weeks later they called and said they had a cancellation and asked if I could get his truck there the next day. OMG, talk about highly experienced, honesty, and caring that I look for. I found it yesterday. Before I visited Martinez, I went to two mechanics and they both couldn't tell what exactly was the sound about and told me my transmission could be bad. I was thinking oh no, transmission work costs arms and legs. However, Martinez told me it's not the transmission, but the engine mount. Sadly, they only do transmission work. God bless all the people in Martinez. Thank you so much!
