I'm from Portland, came into Salem for work at an event nearby. I discovered one of my tires had a bulging side wall!! Not good. I called up Martinez to see if they could help, they just told me to get my butt over here. They had my new wheel on in under 15 minutes and it was such an excellent price. Fabulous people, amazing. Definitely coming back if I have another emergency again.
I got there about 35 minutes before they closed. They got me rite in even though they were busy. They were quick to. I had 2 tires they replaced. Awesome!
I was traveling through the area late Sunday evening when I got a flat tire. The customer service was exceptional. They fixed my flat tire in 15 minutes while I ate delicious tacos from the taco truck in the parking lot.
Great service. Amazing prices and they get the job done quickly. Will definitely return for all my tire needs.
