Just left and realized they charged me $56 for a "tire repair", and all they did was throw my same rear tire back on on one side. The tire was fine when I got there. I only asked for 2 used tires for the back because I figured if I had to replace 1, I might as well just get both done. He mentioned when I got there that they had matching sets of 2 or 4. Douglas (the tire I came in with) and Firestone are NOT a matching set.

I’m giving a 2 and not a 1 because they were fast. I was in and out in 23 minutes. They over charged for the simplest of things. $20 to patch 1 tire (which is reasonable) and $10 each tire to replace the lug nuts, which I supplied, to include the patched tire. I definitely will go elsewhere but was in a jam and needed it ASAP and they’re closest to my home.

Worst tire shop I’ve ever been to. I went in because I had a flat tire , which ended up being blown — they told me they had plenty of used tires available, so I waited while they “checked in the back.” When they came back, they suddenly said they didn’t have any used tires and tried to sell me a cheap Chinese tire for over $160. Total rip-off. When I said that was too expensive, the guy told me to move my car and leave the property, even though the shop was completely empty. Before today I never had a problem with company, but after today I will NEVER GO BACK! I went in for a routine tire fix.the PSI on my tire was at 27 vs 35. It’s been cold and I know that runs tires low but it was a bit lower than usual. Me and my wife checked but couldn’t spot any nails. However, sometimes they’re well hidden so you got to get it checked. The employee first tried to sell me a new tire. Then he took off my tire and wheeled it in the back. i’ve come here twice now for used tires, once i had messed up something inside, and this second time i hadn’t realized both my front tires were bald and i wore out the trim bad. i came in the first time and they were extremely nice and quick- while this second time they asked what i wanted/needed, and immediately got to work! they’re cheaper than the alternative shop and i will more than likely be coming here more often for any tire issues i face (:
