The worst experience I've had ever!!! This is the first time I give a review and felt the need to warn others. This place deserves 0 stars. I went in to complete my taxes. They were not friendly, nor tried to hold a conversation at all. I felt unwelcomed. They over charged me compared to other places and never mentioned they do not efile. They were very unclear on what I had to do. I had to go to another tax preparer where they informed me that my taxes were not filed yet and that I had to mail my paperwork in.
