I was given a quote over the phone of $600 when they called me to let me know that the car was finished that the price was $951, as an elderly lady on a fixed income this put me in a predicament. I felt that I should have received a phone call when they realized the price was going to be more, so i coukd make an inforned decison for myself. They made the decision for me, instead allowing me to decide if I could afford the service or not then expected payment right away.
