Mr. Martinez was prompt, arriving same day when Fletchers couldn't get here until the next day. He fixed my refrigerator several days later after getting the parts. However, he gouged me on the parts and especially labor. Just had to replace the heater element and thermostat. Charged me $200 in labor, $313 total for what fairly should have been a $180 bill!! Don't call this old clown, especially if you live in a nice neighborhood, he's out for whatever he can get before he retires.
