've been a customer for over 15 years and am now totally unsatisfied with ABBA. About three years ago, I ordered new lenses for my Silhouette frames, and after the third re-order of my lenses, they finally got it right. Have tried to get in to have my eyes examined and glasses made three time now but Veterans do not rate high enough on their scale to be seen. Had an appointment for the 8th of Feb2021 and was called and told I could not be seen today the 7th of Feb. so veterans beware they don’t want your business!!!!!

I needed to get in quickly for a contact fitting. I’ve gone to ABBA for a few years now the doctor is always very thorough , Front staff has always been considerate kind and I get a great welcome however today I was shown exceptional service same day appointment quick fit and the assistant manager Mandie was absolutely accommodating and amazing all the way around Stellar customer service provided by her. I would definitely recommend this location hands-down .

The staff at this location should have a training class on customer service and before they call and leave messages for the customers of Abba Eye Care they should review the information to make sure that they are right before they insult Somebody by something that is not true I will never go to Abba Eye Care on North Nevada again and this has been my only eye care place I've ever had I will continue to go to the one on Circle

used Abba Eye Care on N Nevada because they accept TRICARE for eye exams. I will never use them again. After the exam I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses after the employee assured me that the maker was very quick in filling orders (1 - 2 weeks) since I needed the glasses before going on vacation. After 10 days I called to ask about the status on the order and was basically told "don't call us, we'll call when they are ready." They did not call me. Took my daughter to Abba Eye Care on Woodman for the second time in a year. Both times she saw Dr. Kerry Garwood, she is absolutely the worst at listening to the patient. She asked my daughter what she has trouble with and she said the board, it's blurry. The doctor said, "Just blink". Then at the end of the exam I ask my daughter if she can see with the new prescription she gave her and she goes no. ABBA Eye Carr - Woodmen. Worst customer service experience. First appointment was for 0800, had all paperwork filled out prior to my appointment and still sat around for almost 40 minutes waiting and listening to several staff workers talk about what the did the previous night before being acknowledged. Never felt like I was listen to or cared about my needs. Staff just tried to keep selling a specific product I didn’t want. I give the Abba Eye center on Fountain Mesa, Fountain CO only two stars, because they are friendly. The first time my new glasses arrived, Char, did not even check that they fit properly or that I could see out of them correctly. All she wanted was for me to pay another $51 when I already had paid in full. I had to tell her they weren't sitting across my nose correctly and that I could not see out of them correctly. I have had the worst experience with the individuals at the Aurora location under Dr. Johnson. Orders are incorrectly billed, the company cannot seem to take accountability for their administration errors.
